• "Service" refers to the ChatMan platform, including all features, content, and applications
• "User" or "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service
• "Content" refers to text, documents, files, and other materials uploaded or generated through the Service
• "AI Models" refers to artificial intelligence systems used to process and respond to user inputs

3.1 Registration

To use ChatMan, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for enhanced security.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatMan. Users under 18 must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChatMan for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights or misuse AI-generated content
• Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use it to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and share your content.

5.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused portions of paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

ChatMan and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Your use of ChatMan is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon without verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
